My client are an award winning, independent firm who are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will need previous Administration or Facilities experience, ideally from a Professional Services background.

 

As a Senior Administrator your duties will include:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing post
  • Setting up meeting rooms when required
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs of office equipment
  • Ensure that office supplies are maintained
  • Photocopying, scanning and binding

 

As a Senior Administrator you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Administration or Facilities experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
  • High levels of attention to detail

 

Please note: This is a fully office based position.
